  Lisa was my personal trainer before I moved overseas. She was fun to work with and she knows her stuff! When I trained with her there was little wasted time, she was focused and got down to business. When I did a particular exercise or routine she gave immediate feedback on areas for improvement to obtain maximum benefit. I was in very good condition working with Lisa and I'd recommend her to those who are serious about getting in shape and getting maximum benefits from their workouts.
