  I don't generally write reviews but felt I needed to after multiple issues with this office.
  
  One issue I've had with this office is them not following through with something after promising they would do it. I had an eye condition that required a specialist, but wouldn't be covered by insurance unless I got a referral from Dr. Singh, my primary care physician. I called Kentlands Medical Associates and asked them if they could fax my referral to the specialist. They said it wouldn't be a problem. A week or so later, I decide to call my specialist to confirm they received the referral and they said they didn't. Great. I call Kentlands to ask them again to please fax the referral by tomorrow morning before specialist appt. The next day around late morning, I call my specialist and still no fax. Frustrated, I race down to Kentlands to pick up a physical copy of the referral before my specialist appointment. Very annoying. This was a couple years ago.
  
  Just recently, I get called in for blood work for a physical. The lab appt goes well, no issues. Before I leave I ask if I need to set up a follow-up appt. They said they'd call me. Three weeks go by and no phone call or message from Kentlands. Finally I decide to call and check on when my follow-up is. Apparently it was a couple days after my lab appt? I never received a courtesy/reminder call, email, or anything about the follow-up. Didn't even know there was an appt set up! If I hadn't called in about it, I probably would have never been called in. Ridiculous.
  
  Last thing: The waiting room is extremely cramped. One particular day, it was so busy that all the seats were taken and I had to sit in some back office to wait. The office must have been a storage closet (at least I hope so...) or something because there were stacks and stacks of loose papers and boxes everywhere. I was sitting at a desk that was completely covered in documents and letters. I'm hoping this wasn't the Dr.'s desk because it was a mess. If it was, it was quite analogous to the disorder with everything else I experienced with this office.
  
  Once I get my physical follow-up sorted out, I'm switching to another primary physician immediately. This place is a huge pain in the ass.
