  First time U-Haul customer, was issued/signed out wrong truck by personnel at pickup location (truck/tag number didn't match contract as found out later), caused major delay and frustration on a Sunday evening after an all-day local move when dropoff location specified in rental contract refused to accept truck. Followup call from pickup store management was a quick "sorry for the problems with your move" and seemed much more concerned with whether the truck was dropped off at the dropoff location than the trouble the store's mistake caused... Saw good/decent reviews on Google, and it was a convenient location to where I was moving from, but your mileage may vary I guess. Personally, I would not use this location again!
