  Absolutely dreadful customer experience! I waited for 3 hours finding out they "forgot" me and the customer representative was going for lunch. Even worse: none of the issues with my car were fixed. All they did was replacing wiper blades and event that wrongly......never going back!
  
  Absolutely a no-go.
