  Gave them Nautica pants to be hemmed. Without asking, they used dark, olive thread on burgundy pants. She said, “we don’t have the color.” They took the job and my money without every saying this. They picked a thread color, seemingly at random, without calling me. Not happy with the outcome or their disregard and ambivalence.
