  There is always an issue with tellers that take too long, when there is a problem...atm or transaction error. Branch manager makes you feel like you did the error. Best bet to go to another branch or call the 800 number.
  I dont know how the Branch manager has stayed there so long.
  Stuff like this is what makes customers go to other banks
