  I was very over charged for the copies. The first year was good rates then they moved me to market rates, which was a 353% increase over the life of the lease. If you go with this company have an attorney read the contract. They will stick it to you every chance they get. On the good side they did maintain the machine well. Read the reviews on this company before you sign on the dotted line or you will pay!
  
  Update on my review. Now UBT is trying to sue me in a court of law. I suspect it is due to this negative review. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
